Towards the White Schengen List

Inclusion of a country in white Schengen List means reaching one of the key EU values – freedom of movement. At the same time, we must have in mind that, speaking of this problem, there is a certain level of ignorance and lack of information in wider public.

Aware of the importance of this issue, but also the necessity for its comprehension by wider audience, in this analysis we offer answers to the question of why EU visa regime towards Serbia is so restrictive, and what Serbia and Montenegro should do in order to have EU visa regime liberalized and later abolished.
